Working with brands to promote consumers health and well-being is one that is very close to our hearts.

So when the Department of Health asked us to help smokers kick their habit we were delighted to join the team and champion 'The Big Quit' campaign.

The key task was for us to supply the NHS with trained staff who could engage with routine and occasional smokers to help them quit smoking. The main role was for the staff to educate the target audience on the services that were available to support them in giving up smoking, and to help them overcome some of the misconceptions of quitting smoking.

Firstly we selected staff that would be able to deliver the message and engage with the target audience. Having built a nationwide team of ambassadors we trained them in the skills needed to help smokers quit and the services that were on hand to support them.

Having successfully completed their training the teams went out on the road visiting shopping centres and taking the message to smokers up and down the country, also capturing data that was fed back to the NHS to provide follow-on support to the smokers they had engaged with.
