As well as experiential activity within Asda stores we have also provided brand engagement teams to work in the retailer promoting their services to customers.


One of the key pillars to Asda's offering to their customers is their assurance that they will not be beaten on price by other retailers, which is known as the 'Asda Price Guarantee'.


So when Asda launched an App that enabled customers to check that the Asda Price Guarantee really did mean that they would not be beaten on price, we were delighted to help them launch it and educate their customers on how to use it.


This nationwide activity involved placing specially trained Promo UK Brand Ambassadors into Asda stores approaching customers and demonstrating the new App via an iPad, as well as helping willing customers to log onto Asdas WiFi network and download and install the App so they could use it themselves.


The campaign ran across more than 50 Asda stores throughout the UK, and with each team approaching and educating more than 1,000 Asda customers per store, we managed to engage over 50,000 customers with this great 'Asda Price Guarantee' App.
